Refund policy

Because many of our products are handmade, ceremonial, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we offer returns only on select eligible items.

Return Eligibility: the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery; unused, unmodified, and in original condition; showing no signs of wear, damage, smoke exposure, or alteration; and approved for return by our team.

Buyer Responsibility: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, proper packaging, and providing tracking information for the return shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: ceremonial or personal-use items; custom or modified pieces; earrings or wearable hygiene-related items; clearance or final sale items; any item used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

How to Request a Return: e-mail info@thewizardcaravan.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the request. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
