Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States for a flat rate of $10 per order. International shipping is coming soon — if you are outside the U.S., contact us at info@thewizardcaravan.com and we will do our best to arrange it.

Processing Time: orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. Many of our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, so we take special care in preparing and packaging every order.

Shipping Times: most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Lost or Delayed Packages: The Wizard Caravan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
